Pressmark believe that Quality Assurance is one of the best ways to prevent mistakes, as it is a pro-active way of monitoring quality, as opposed to a reactive way. We do not focus on outputs, but on measurements, standards and processes, which create a feedback loop that allows us to prevent errors. This continual development ensures that not only do we have products that are fit for purpose, they are also ‘right first time’.
